Come prepared with questions about anything that matters to you! The call is a low-pressure way for us to make sure I can support you effectively and that we enjoy working together.
Most common package is 6 visits
Initial visit: 90 minutes — comprehensive assessment, medical and dietary history, goal setting, personalized plan, and practical strategies to get started.
Follow-up visits: Five 45-minute sessions — progress checks, plan adjustments, troubleshooting barriers, habit coaching, and accountability.
This package is designed to establish and build momentum. The extended first visit creates a personalized and tailored foundation; while the shorter follow-ups keep changes sustainable and consistent. Ideal for establishing new habits, managing medical nutrition needs, or preparing for a major lifestyle transition.

I’m Mandy — a mom of three energetic boys and a nutrition professional dedicated to helping busy people build sustainable, whole-body habits that support long-term health.
Credentials and training
Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Nursing
Master’s in Nutrition and Integrative Health
Currently a CNS candidate: I’ve passed the certification exam and am completing the supervised practice hours required for full credentialing
I work as a nutrition trainee under experienced supervisors to ensure clients receive safe, effective, evidence-informed care
I take a whole-body approach to nutrition and wellness. That means I look beyond quick fixes and restrictive diets to identify practical, individualized strategies that fit your life, support your goals, and promote lasting well-being. I combine clinical training with real-life experience to create plans that are realistic, flexible, and sustainable.
Personal perspective I don’t limit myself to a single specialty — my background spans exercise science, nursing, and integrative nutrition — but I’ve also worked through my own gut health challenges and, as a woman in my 40s, explored nutrition topics relevant to midlife and beyond. Those experiences shape how I listen, problem-solve, and support others.
